Hotel suggestions

If you’re not keen on bringing your own tent, why not glamp?

And if even glamping is too wild, here are some independent hotel and B&B suggestions to help you support small businesses near the festival.

On Site Glamping

Upgrade your stay with a beautiful bell tent. Each tent comfortably accomodates four people and has duvets, pillows, even a kettle!

Brand new to Colesdale Farm last summer, this glamping site has power, hot showers, beds, and even wifi. There are just five bell tents available: email glamping@wildwordsfest.com to secure yours now.

Walking Distance

The option for anyone who wants to be a hop, skip, and jump from the festival but also wants a solid roof.

Brigand’s B&B is run by a small and welcoming team. Breakfast is included, and they have free parking at the property.

Rooms will book up fast so don’t delay!

By Train to Enfield Chase

Kathleen House and Kathleen House Plus are two warm and welcoming B&Bs in nearby Enfield Chase. They have a number of double and twin rooms from £75 per person per night which includes free parking and free WiFi.

Enfield Chase is just 10 minutes from Cuffley Station, with trains running every 30 minutes between 6:30 am and 10:50 pm
